Most of what occurs during a real estate closing is unbeknownst to sellers and buyers. In this market especially, signing documents, clearing legal hurdles, and appropriately passing title within a quick turnaround time can be daunting if you haven’t gone through this process recently. If you are considering purchasing or selling real estate, make yourself available for signing any documents that may require notarizing, and for last minute inquiries inquiries, especially if you are going to be in different states, or out of the country. Be sure to review all closing documents with your attorney.
