Wire fraud runs rampant these days. Don’t be a victim. Learn how to minimize your exposure. Do not email personal information or wire instructions unless you use a secure email program.  Always verify wire instructions with the sender or recipient. Do not assume you will not be a victim of wire fraud. If you are sending money via wire, whether it be for a real estate transaction or otherwise, please be on guard.
