The Death of Estate Planning? by Robin A. Lloyd, Sr., J.D.
Could it be true that the 2017 Tax killed Estate Planning? By removing the concern about taxes, do people feel there is no longer any need to plan? Since Estate Taxes only effect the wealthiest one to two precent do the rest no longer need to plan? I believe if you think about it, you will agree with me and say no.
There are many facets to Estate Planning besides tax planning. Its time to pull your current Estate Planning documents out of the desk and review what they say. If they are not updated they could distribute your assets in a way you never intended upon your passing. #TuesdayTip
