Why do I need a real estate attorney?

Why do I need a real estate attorney?

November 30, 2021 Posted by RLA Real Estate Law

Simple. Anyone who is not a licensed attorney in Florida is prohibited from providing you with legal advice. And real estate transactions, typically one of your largest investments, are wrought with legal questions. Real estate transactions are adversarial in nature, and it is important that the person representing you understands the legal implications of the contract you are signing, your rights, and any remedies available to you, especially when things don’t go as planned.
